The neighbouring lakes, woods and fields are home to numerous species of birds and other wildlife. Or, if you dare to take in the beauty
of this part of the world from the air, the members of the Beaver Valley Soaring Club will introduce you to a day of gliding.
During the winter months, snowboarding, tubing, cross country or downhill skiing and horse drawn sleigh rides are offered in the Blue
Mountains of Georgian Bay. Guests enjoy snowshoeing right outside of our door, and fishing is excellent year round.
Some of Ontario's best country antique and craft shops are located in the towns scattered along the country roads from Meaford to Collingwood.
Visitors are welcome at the many historical sites and museums along the way.
